Appointments

Please book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or, in some cases, cancellation. Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future bookings.

Health

Your well-being is our top priority. Before your treatment, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities that could affect your results or safety. Follow the advice of our licensed professionals during and after treatments to ensure optimal outcomes.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfer. Prices and promotions may change; the current rates apply on the day of your appointment. Deposits for some services may be requested to confirm your booking.

Safety & Privacy

All procedures are performed with MDL-certified and hygienically maintained equipment. We follow strict sanitation protocols before and after every treatment. Your personal information is handled confidentially in accordance with Canadian privacy standards (PIPEDA) and our Privacy Policy.

Liability

LaserProDiode cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions that result from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow post-treatment instructions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information prior to each session. We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended at the salon or during training sessions.

Equipment Purchases (for Professionals)

When purchasing professional equipment from LaserProDiode, you agree to use all devices only for their intended aesthetic or medical purpose. Each unit is accompanied by training, user documentation, and after-sale support. Warranty terms vary by device and are provided upon purchase.

LaserProDiode reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
